Terms of Service

Last updated 8 August 2026

Lyricoro is a free tool that generates prompt text for AI music services, operated by StoriaBrevi LLC. By using it you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.

The output is yours

Lyricoro claims no ownership of the style blocks, arrangements or lyrics it generates for you, and asks for no credit. Use them commercially, edit them, publish the songs you make from them. No licence back is required and none is implied.

Two honest caveats. The text is assembled from a curated library, so two people can be handed a similar line — the output is not guaranteed unique, and you should not assume it is exclusively yours. And whether AI-assisted work can be copyrighted at all differs by country and is unsettled in several. If that matters to your use, check your own jurisdiction.

What you agree not to do

  • Don't use the site to produce material that is unlawful, that harasses or defames a real person, or that is sexual content involving minors.
  • Don't attempt to overwhelm, probe or break the service. Rate limits exist; working around them is not on.
  • Don't present Lyricoro as your own product or imply it endorses you.

What the site promises

Very little, and deliberately so. Lyricoro is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It is a free tool run by one person. It may be slow, unavailable, or discontinued without notice, and nothing here is a commitment to keep it running. Nothing is stored on your behalf, so there is nothing to lose if it stops — but equally there is no backup of your work, and the "recent songs" list lives only in your own browser.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site owner is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Lyricoro or of anything it generates. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the ones that cannot be excluded do not apply to you.

If your use of the site causes someone else a problem

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless StoriaBrevi LLC and its owner against any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these terms. In plain terms: the tool hands you text, and what you do with it afterwards is yours. If someone brings a claim because of a song you made, that is between you and them.

Other services

Lyricoro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Suno, Udio, ACE-Step or any other music service. Those names appear only to describe what the output is formatted for. Your use of those services is governed entirely by their own terms, including anything they say about commercial use — check them, because they are the ones that decide what you may do with a finished song.

Genre and artist names

Prompts may reference genres, eras and production styles, and occasionally artist names as a shorthand for a sound. That is description, not affiliation, and it is not a claim that anyone was involved.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top will change with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have where you live.

Contact

Use the contact form in the About tab. It reaches the site owner directly; there is no support desk and no third party in between.
